📦 Return & Refund Policy
We believe in ensuring a transparent and customer-first experience. Below is the step-by-step process we follow to ensure your orders are handled responsibly and your concerns are resolved quickly.
1. 🛒 Confirming the Order
Once you place an order, a confirmation email is immediately sent to you. Within 24 hours, you will receive a second email confirming that your order has been processed and is ready for dispatch.
If there is any issue with the payment (e.g., failed or incomplete transaction), we will notify you promptly via email to resolve it.
2. 🚚 Confirming Shipping
Orders are typically dispatched on the same day or within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with:
* Tracking number
* Shipping timeline
* “Connect with us” option for manual tracking or queries
We ship to both home and work addresses. For added security, you may opt for Registered Airmail, which requires a signature on delivery. If you’re unavailable, your package may be held at your local post office for up to 4 weeks before returning to sender.
3. 📮 APO Addresses & PO Boxes
We do deliver to APO addresses and PO Boxes, provided the shipping option supports it. You can set your primary shipping address to your preferred APO or PO Box during checkout.
4. 🛃 Customs Clearance
RxFarmacia.com operates from outside the U.S., and every order is treated as imported goods. Shipments may be delayed at customs, ranging from a few days up to 3 weeks in rare cases. Your patience during customs checks is appreciated.
5. ⏱ Delivery Timeframe
Most orders are shipped within 24–48 hours of placement.
Normal delivery can take 10 to 21 days, but if customs causes delays, it might extend up to 30 days.
If you don’t receive your package within 7 days beyond the estimated date, we recommend contacting our support team immediately.
6. 🔁 Reshipment of Lost Orders
If your order is lost, delayed, or undelivered, we offer:
* Free reshipment
* Full refund based on your preference
However, the issue must be reported within 8 weeks of the shipping date. Reports made after 8 weeks will not be eligible for refund or reshipment.
Conditions for Reshipment or Replacement:
* Delivery is delayed by more than 7 days from the stated ETA.
* Tracking shows incorrect delivery or unresolved transit.
* Incorrect address provided by buyer: Reshipment will require a new shipping fee.
7. 💸 Refund & Return Policy
If your order is:

* Received in unacceptable condition
You are eligible for a refund or reshipment, as per your preference.
To Request a Refund:
* Wait at least 30 days from the order date.
* Contact our support team to initiate a return or refund.
Refunds are only applicable if:
* The product is unopened, unused, and sealed.
* It has not passed the expiry date.
* It can be returned in resellable condition.
